Our store is hosted on WIX. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.
1. Products and Custom Orders
All Custom quilts are handmade to order based on the specifications you provide. Please ensure all order details are correct before confirming, as custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect. Slight variations in size, weight, or color may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
The weight calculator on the store page provides an estimate but does not represent the final weight of the finished product as slight variations may occur in the manufacturing process.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Swedish Krona (SEK) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed in full before we begin making your quilt. We accept major credit cards and other payment options as shown at checkout.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are made and shipped from Malmö, Sweden. Lead times vary depending on current order volume, and an estimated delivery window will be provided at checkout or via email. While we aim to meet our delivery estimates, we can't guarantee delivery dates due to factors such as shipping delays or customs.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.
Returns, Exchanges & Product Issues
Each custom sleeping bag is made to order according to your selected specifications. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color preferences, or changes of mind once production has begun. If your custom sleeping bag arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match your order details, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery so we can make it right We may request photos or other proof of the issue to assist with assessment and resolution, and depending on the situation, we will determine whether a repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate.
Stock quilts and other ready-made products ship within one to seven business days and may be returned within thirty (30) days of shipment, provided they are in new, unused condition and free from odors or visible signs of use. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. All approved returns must be shipped back within seven (7) business days of receiving return authorization. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.
